MediTEAtion - ​Mindful Matcha tea session

Kaoru teaches a proprietary mindfulness method inspired by the centuries-old Japanese matcha ceremony (Way of Tea). This session will help you reconnect with your five senses. A ritual performance by Yuki Okamoto, Hosokawa Onryu Tea School Xth Successor of Headmaster, will be shown before a guided tea meditation. In collaboration with Chanomade and Kanegi Wellbeing.

What do you need?
- A reliable computer or a tablet and internet access
- A comfortable place to sit down
- You will be asked to prepare a hot beverage of your choice during a 10min break at the last half of the session. If you have matcha, you are welcome to prepare one with the instructor
- An open mind
